Welcome to Barry Properties.   We buy and sell rural farms and hunting land in East Arkansas that is great farm property investment, duck hunting, and other recreational uses. Being in the middle of the Mississippi flyway, we are in the center of the Arkansas waterfowl area and located only 30 minutes from Memphis in the Hughes Horseshoe Lake area.

Since 1989, we have developed over 3,500 acres of land valued at approximately $40 Million.  

Jeff Barry, principal of Barry Properties, LLC., grew up in Memphis and received a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1988.  He later received an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management.

Jeff and his wife Amy have three children: Kate (9); Hall (7); and Ellie (4).
